Structural Fitters – Oil & Gas Industry (Full Time)

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Structural Fitters to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position in the Oil & Gas sector, offering a competitive salary and growth opportunities. As a Structural Fitter, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, aligning and fitting metal parts, and ensuring compliance with industry safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of key projects in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Assemble and fit structural components with precision.
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, shape, and align metal parts.
• Inspect and measure completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with welders and other team members to ensure seamless fabrication.
• Follow strict safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report any defects or issues to the supervisor immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication techniques.
• Experience with structural assembly in Oil & Gas projects.
• Ability to use measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Familiarity with welding processes is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and precision.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Structural Fitter in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in Al-Naseem, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site presence. The work environment may involve exposure to heavy machinery, loud noises, and high temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Candidates must be prepared to work in shifts, if required, and adhere to strict safety regulations.
