Talentrio, a leading name in the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking skilled Structural Fitters to join our Welding & Fabrication department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves assembling and installing structural components for large-scale industrial projects in the petrochemical sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for structural components
- Measure, cut, and assemble metal structural parts with precision
- Operate and maintain fabrication equipment including shears, grinders, drills, and cutting torches
- Align and secure structural components using welding equipment and hand tools
- Inspect fabricated structures for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with welders, engineers, and project managers to meet fabrication timelines
- Follow strict safety protocols in accordance with Oil & Gas industry regulations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure efficient operations
- Assist in the installation of prefabricated structures at project sites
- Document work progress and report any technical issues to supervisors
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Structural Fitter in Oil & Gas or related industries
- Proficient in metal fabrication techniques and welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of various metals, alloys, and their properties
- Strong understanding of measurement tools and precision instruments
- Familiarity with safety standards in industrial fabrication environments
Education:
- Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or related technical field
- Certification in Structural Fitting or Welding (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work in physically demanding conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when required
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Work Environment
Our Structural Fitters work in industrial settings that include fabrication shops and project sites. The role requires:
- Exposure to loud noises, dust, and varying temperatures
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Potential for overtime work to meet project deadlines
- Collaboration with multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment
