Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Structural Foremen to oversee structural construction activities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will supervise teams, ensure project compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate with engineers to execute Oil & Gas and Engineering projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate structural construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Lead a team of workers, providing technical guidance and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide construction teams.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely procurement to prevent delays.
• Conduct quality inspections and report deviations from project standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve site issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of daily progress, workforce allocation, and material consumption.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and company safety policies.
• Troubleshoot structural challenges and recommend corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior workers to enhance team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of structural construction techniques in Oil & Gas and Engineering projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Hands-on experience with structural materials, fabrication, and welding processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with engineers and contractors.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in structural construction, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role is highly desirable.
