Superintendent, RASSAS B&L Maintenance

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for RASSAS B&L Maintenance to oversee and manage maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of equipment, lead a team of maintenance professionals, and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Maintenance Operations: Manage daily maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules while addressing equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor maintenance budgets, procure tools and spare parts, and optimize resource utilization.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and implement best practices.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in RASSAS B&L (Building & Land) Maintenance is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Work Environment

This role is based in Al Sulimaniyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site presence. The candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing facility with exposure to heavy machinery and industrial environments.

Remote work is not available for this position.
