Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor (All Disciplines) to oversee Engineering and Construction operations for our Oil & Gas projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project supervision, strong leadership skills, and a Diploma/Graduation in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of engineering and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management on milestones and KPIs.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges in collaboration with engineers and contractors.
• Conduct quality inspections and enforce best practices in construction and engineering.
• Train and mentor junior staff to improve team productivity.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in Engineering or Construction supervision, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of project management, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving aptitude and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.

Education & Certifications:

• Diploma or Graduation in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus.
