Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Supervisors for Data Centre – Electrical Equipment to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of electrical systems within our state-of-the-art data centre facility. This full-time role is based in Kuwait City and offers an attractive salary range of 15-20 LPA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, particularly in data centre or critical infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor for Data Centre – Electrical Equipment, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising the day-to-day maintenance and operation of electrical equipment in the data centre.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Leading a team of technicians to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting electrical faults and coordinating with engineering teams for resolutions.
• Monitoring power distribution systems, UPS, generators, and backup systems.
• Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and incident reports.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborating with vendors and contractors for equipment servicing and upgrades.
• Providing technical guidance and training to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education & Certification

• Graduation or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Additional certifications in electrical safety or data centre operations are a plus.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a data centre or critical facility.
• Proven track record in supervising teams and managing electrical systems.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, UPS, and backup generators.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as NFPA, IEEE, and IEC.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.

Soft Skills

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
