Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor (Heat Exchangers), you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat exchangers in our petrochemical and oil & gas facilities. Your key duties include:

• Supervising the daily operations and maintenance of shell-and-tube, plate, and air-cooled heat exchangers.
• Leading a team of technicians to ensure efficient performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conducting inspections, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to prevent downtime.
• Coordinating with engineers and project managers to schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, TEMA) and local regulations.
• Preparing reports on equipment performance, maintenance logs, and resource allocation.
• Training junior staff on best practices for heat exchanger operation and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

Technical Skills

• Proven experience in heat exchanger supervision within the oil & gas or petrochemical sector.
• Strong knowledge of heat exchanger design, fabrication, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with non-destructive testing (NDT) and corrosion control techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and schematics.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., SAP, MAXIMO).

Soft Skills

Education & Certifications

Work Environment

This position is on-site at our Kuwait City facility in the Al-Faiha’ area. The role requires:

• Working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Exposure to industrial settings with adherence to safety protocols.
• Occasional travel to project sites within Kuwait.
