Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor (Hydro Jetting & Cooling) to oversee operations in our oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in hydro jetting, cooling systems, and team management. This role ensures efficient execution of tasks while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate hydro jetting and cooling operations at project sites.
• Lead a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Inspect work areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in hydro jetting and cooling procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the management team.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with environmental regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduation/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in hydro jetting and cooling within the oil & gas sector.
• Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in operating hydro jetting and cooling equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Strong understanding of OSHA and industry safety standards.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in hydro jetting or industrial cooling systems.
• Experience working on large-scale oil & gas projects.
• Knowledge of SAP or other project management software.

Working Conditions

• Location: On-site at oil & gas project sites in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Shift: Full-time, with potential for overtime based on project requirements.
• Environment: Field-based role involving exposure to industrial settings.
