Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor - QA/QC to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for our Oil & Gas projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC within the Engineering & Construction industry, with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, including reports, checklists, and non-conformance reports.
• Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor material and equipment quality to ensure they meet project standards.
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors and certification bodies as required.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on QA/QC performance and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards in Oil & Gas and Construction.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
• Certification in Quality Management or relevant field (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
