Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor (Scaffolding) to oversee scaffolding operations at our Oil & Gas project site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding supervision, strong management skills, and a deep understanding of safety protocols in construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage scaffolding erection, dismantling, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to meet project timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure stability and safety.
• Train and mentor junior scaffolding personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding work, inspections, and safety checks.
• Report any hazards or incidents to the project manager immediately.
• Ensure scaffolding materials are utilized efficiently to minimize waste.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Graduation/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in scaffolding supervision within the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing scaffolding teams and ensuring safety compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of scaffolding materials, techniques, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA or equivalent safety regulations.
