Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tank Supervisor to oversee maintenance, operations, and safety compliance in our Oil & Gas projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in tank maintenance, a diploma or graduation in a relevant field, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tank maintenance activities in compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Inspect tanks, pipelines, and related equipment to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and technical support.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities, incidents, and inspections.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to optimize tank performance.
• Train junior staff on safety protocols and maintenance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in tank maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of tank inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in safety protocols (OSHA, API, or equivalent standards).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Education & Certifications:

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in tank inspection (API 653) or equivalent are a plus.
• Safety training certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

The role involves working in an industrial setting with exposure to outdoor conditions. Candidates must be physically fit to:

• Stand, walk, or climb for extended periods.
• Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 kg.
• Work in confined spaces or at heights when required.
