Job Overview

Indman Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd is seeking motivated Supervisors to join our team in Abu Dhabi for onshore Oil & Gas projects. This is a full-time role in the Production department, ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders with leadership potential. The position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry with competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to Oil & Gas industry standards and company policies.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering teamwork and productivity.
• Coordinate with engineers and managers to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential hazards.
• Document production reports, incident logs, and equipment maintenance records.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, even in entry-level roles.
• Basic understanding of Oil & Gas production processes.
• Ability to work under pressure in challenging environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• 0-1 year of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role (internships/training acceptable).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with UAE’s Oil & Gas safety regulations.
• Technical certifications in production or HSE (Health, Safety, Environment).

Work Environment

This is an on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with no remote work options. Supervisors will work in rotating shifts, including weekends, to support 24/7 operations. Personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety training will be provided.
