Job Overview

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking experienced Supervisors in various engineering disciplines—Piping, Structural, Welding, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Instrumentation—to oversee critical operations in the Oil & Gas and Engineering & Construction sectors. Based in Diriyah, Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), this role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on project management skills to ensure seamless execution of construction and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Supervision: Direct and monitor daily work activities for piping, structural, welding, mechanical, electrical, civil, or instrumentation teams.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards (ASME, API, OSHA) and company safety protocols.
• Team Leadership: Manage teams of technicians and laborers, ensuring productivity and alignment with project timelines.
• Technical Guidance: Resolve on-site technical issues and provide expertise in your specialized discipline.
• Reporting: Document progress, incidents, and resource utilization for project managers.
• Coordination: Liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients to align project deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Certifications in welding (CSWIP, AWS), NDT, or instrumentation (ISA) are a plus.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Construction projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of piping systems, structural fabrication, electrical installations, or instrumentation calibration.

Skills:

• Leadership: Ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering drawings, welding techniques, or electrical schematics.
• Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making for on-site challenges.
• Communication: Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role in Diriyah, Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), with exposure to industrial construction sites. Candidates must be prepared for:
