About the Role

Aman International HR Consultant is seeking experienced Supervisors to join our growing team in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the engineering department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the engineering department to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement training programs as needed.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop operational strategies and improve workflows.
• Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Resolve conflicts and address operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduation/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of supervisory experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and safety compliance standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (if not already based there).
