Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain operations to ensure seamless logistics, inventory control, and distribution of food products.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in the fast-paced food trading industry while contributing to the efficiency of our supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain reports on supply chain performance, including KPIs and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and warehousing.
- Resolve any supply chain disruptions or delays promptly to minimize impact on operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Graduation/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food trading industry.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
