Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Support Engineer to join our client’s Engineering department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for technical professionals with 1-3 years of experience who are eager to support critical operations in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will ensure smooth technical operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide engineering support to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for engineering systems, equipment, and software used in Oil & Gas operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Maintain and update documentation for engineering processes and support procedures.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of engineering tools and applications.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for optimization.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on technical equipment.
• Train end-users and junior staff on system usage and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
