Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveying Engineer to join our Engineering Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in land measurement and surveying, with a strong background in the construction industry. This role offers a competitive salary range of 21-28 LPA and requires hands-on expertise in topographical, geodetic, and cadastral surveys.

Job Responsibilities

As a Surveying Engineer, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting land surveys and measurements using advanced tools such as GPS, Total Stations, and GIS software.
• Preparing detailed survey reports, maps, and legal documentation for construction projects.
• Collaborating with architects, civil engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate land data.
• Overseeing boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and Saudi Arabian land laws.
• Analyzing survey data to resolve discrepancies and ensure project accuracy.
• Managing field teams and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Background

• Graduation/Diploma in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in land measurement techniques and surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of geodetic and topographic surveying.
• Experience with GPS and GNSS technology for precise data collection.
• Familiarity with Saudi land laws and construction standards.

Professional Experience

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
• Prior work experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
