Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our Operations team in the Oil & Gas industry. Key Responsibilities

As a Surveyor in the Oil & Gas sector, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct land surveys and topographic mapping for exploration and construction projects.
• Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Operate advanced surveying equipment, including GPS, total stations, and drones.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide precise measurements.
• Prepare detailed reports and site maps for regulatory and operational use.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations during fieldwork.
• Verify property boundaries and resolve disputes related to land measurement.
• Assist in planning and executing geodetic surveys for large-scale projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in land measurement techniques and tools.
• Strong knowledge of CAD and GIS software (AutoCAD, ArcGIS, etc.).
• Experience in Oil & Gas or heavy construction industries.
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions and engineering blueprints.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication for cross-team collaboration.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Certification from a recognized surveying institution (preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Work Experience:

Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on surveying experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas or infrastructure sectors.
