Key Responsibilities

The Tandem Mill – Stand & Guide Assembly Helper will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the mill. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of stand and guide systems in the tandem mill.
• Support senior technicians in maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Operate hand tools and machinery safely to complete assembly tasks.
• Follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise alignment and installation.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any irregularities to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

Education & Certification

• ITI Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Fitter, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering).

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in tandem mill operations or similar manufacturing environments.
• Prior experience in stand and guide assembly or related mechanical assembly roles.

Technical Skills
