Job Overview

Asiapower Overseas Employment Services is seeking an experienced Tank Supervisor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. This role is critical to our Oil & Gas Construction projects, ensuring compliance with Quality Control standards and overseeing tank installation, maintenance, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership experience in the industry, a Doctorate degree, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Tank Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Supervising the construction, inspection, and maintenance of storage tanks in compliance with industry standards.
• Leading and training a team of technicians and junior supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
• Conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments to minimize hazards.
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensuring all tank installations adhere to Quality Control guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing detailed reports on project progress, compliance, and incident reports.
• Managing inventory and procurement of materials required for tank construction and repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of tank construction, welding, and corrosion prevention.
• Education: Doctorate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, specifically in tank supervision.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA, API, ASME).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
