Team Leader - Hotel Management (Service & Maintenance)

Job Overview

Hamdan Global, a leader in the Hotel Management industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to oversee our Service and Maintenance department in Riyadh, KSA. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates with 0-1 year of experience and a Doctorate degree. Salary Range: 2-4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Leader at Hamdan Global, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supervising the Service and Maintenance team to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinating with other departments to uphold the hotel’s service standards.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Handling customer complaints and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Assisting in budgeting and resource allocation for maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
