Job Details
As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in the hospitality and food service sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Education & Experience:
- Education Level: Higher Secondary (High School Diploma or equivalent).
- Experience Level: 0-1 year of experience in customer service or food service roles (freshers are welcome).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities (English and Arabic) are advantageous.
