Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections of automated machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in automation systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, IT) to optimize machine performance.
- Utilize machine learning techniques to analyze equipment data and predict failures.

- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new automation systems.
- Train junior technicians on best practices in machine maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting automated machinery in an industrial setting.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning applications in predictive maintenance.
- Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), hydraulic systems, and robotics.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
