Job Overview
Our manufacturing facility in Al Sulimaniyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Technician II, Hail to join our Electrical Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring an ITI certification or equivalent technical qualification.
As a Technician II, Hail, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems, diagnosing issues, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair faults in machinery, control panels, and power distribution systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, and switchgear.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with engineers and other maintenance staff to optimize equipment performance.
- Document maintenance activities, including issues identified, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and machinery.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize production delays.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with industrial electrical components (motors, transformers, PLCs, relays).
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and protocols.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope).
Education & Experience
- ITI certification or equivalent technical diploma in Electrical Maintenance.
- 3-5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Prior experience in hail or extreme weather maintenance operations is a plus.
Soft Skills

Work Environment
This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with work conducted on-site at our manufacturing facility in Al Sulimaniyah. The position involves:

- Working in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and occasional hailstorms.
- Shift work, including nights and weekends, as needed.
