Job Responsibilities

The Technician III, Welding will be responsible for executing high-quality welding tasks while adhering to safety and industry standards. Key duties include:

• Perform advanced welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding, for fabrication projects.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise fabrication.
• Inspect welded joints for structural integrity and compliance with quality standards.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to troubleshoot fabrication challenges.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols, including PPE compliance and hazard mitigation.
• Assist in training junior technicians in welding best practices.
