Job Responsibilities

As a Technician IV, Electrical, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems within our manufacturing facility. Key duties include:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, control systems, and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize electrical systems.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Document maintenance activities and generate reports as needed.
• Train junior technicians on best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in electrical wiring and circuit troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, and power distribution systems.
• Ability to operate multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with OSHA or equivalent safety standards.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., electrician license) are a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
