Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technician IV, Hail to join our Electrical Maintenance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in plastic molding machinery support and related manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of electrical systems within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plastic molding machinery and related electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all maintenance activities.
• Document maintenance procedures, equipment conditions, and repair logs accurately.
• Train junior technicians and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing plastic molding machinery.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control systems.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education & Certification:

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in electrical safety or machinery maintenance are advantageous.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The Technician IV, Hail will work in a manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery noise and industrial equipment. The role requires:

• Standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
• Working in confined spaces or at heights when necessary.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
