Job Description: Technician V, Hail Mechanical

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technician V, Hail Mechanical to join our Mechanical Engineering department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in mechanical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting within the manufacturing industry. This role requires hands-on expertise to ensure optimal operation of mechanical equipment and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize mechanical performance.
• Maintenance detailed logs of inspections, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Operate diagnostic tools and software to assess mechanical systems.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a mechanical technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in reading mechanical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery.
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance in mechanical operations.

Salary & Benefits
