Teen’s Club Animator

About the Role

Hamdan Global is seeking a passionate and energetic Teen’s Club Animator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is perfect for individuals with a background in animation or youth engagement, looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry.

As a Teen’s Club Animator, you will be responsible for organizing and leading engaging activities for teenagers in our hotel’s dedicated club space. You’ll combine creativity with hospitality to ensure our younger guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate recreational and educational programs for teenagers (ages 13-18).
• Lead interactive sessions, including games, arts and crafts, sports, and themed events.
• Collaborate with the hotel’s entertainment team to align teen activities with overall guest experience strategies.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Monitor and manage teen behavior to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Adapt programs to accommodate diverse cultural backgrounds and languages.
• Maintain club facilities and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
• Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve program offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Strong animation and facilitation skills for adolescent audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creativity in program development and problem-solving.
• Basic first aid and safety awareness.
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Education and Experience:

• Doctorate in Animation, Education, Psychology, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• 0-1 year of experience in youth programming, animation, or hospitality.
• Certification in child/youth development or recreational programming (preferred).
