Key Responsibilities

The Teen’s Club Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the teen’s club activities within our luxury hotel. Key duties include:

• Supervision: Oversee daily operations of the teen’s club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Activity Planning: Develop and implement engaging programs and recreational activities for teenagers.
• Guest Interaction: Build positive relationships with teen guests and their families, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Team Leadership: Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all club activities adhere to health, safety, and hotel policies.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, budgets, and inventory for the teen’s club.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Education

• A Doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Hospitality Management, Education, or Psychology) is preferred.

Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in management, preferably in hospitality, youth programs, or recreational services.

Skills
