This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, with remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telecom field operations, excellent communication skills, and a diploma or graduation in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom network equipment and systems.
Conduct on-site surveys to assess network requirements and feasibility.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless telecom operations.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on telecom infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to fiber optics, wireless networks, and broadband systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Document field activities, service reports, and maintenance logs.
Assist in the deployment of new telecom technologies and upgrades.
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in telecom network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with telecom equipment such as routers, switches, and fiber optics.
Knowledge of wireless communication systems (4G/5G, Wi-Fi).
Familiarity with telecom protocols and standards.

Soft Skills:

Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education & Experience:

Diploma or Graduate degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in telecom field operations.

Work Environment

This role involves a mix of field and office work, with occasional travel to client sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in outdoor conditions and handling physical tasks. Remote work options are available for administrative duties.
