Job Description: Telecom Foreman

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Foreman to oversee and manage telecommunications network projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in telecom network supervision, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom systems. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom networks and infrastructure.
• Lead a team of technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deliverables.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to telecom equipment and networks.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain network performance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices in telecom maintenance.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in telecom network supervision and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optics, copper cabling, and wireless communication systems.
• Experience with telecom testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, ANSI, and TIA/EIA.

Soft Skills

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications in telecom or safety standards (e.g., OSHA, BICSI) are a plus.
