Telesales Executive - Health Insurance

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our health insurance products, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This position is based in Whitefield, Bangalore, and requires a proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote health insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans based on their requirements.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and company products to provide informed recommendations.
• Handle customer objections and provide solutions to close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine strategies and improve lead generation.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.
• Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or communication are a plus.

Experience:

• 0-1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of health insurance products is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Customer-centric approach with active listening skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel).
