About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tile Fixer to join our Real Estate Operations team in Kuwait City, Al Asimah. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in floor and wall tile laying. The selected candidate will work on high-quality tiling projects in residential and commercial properties, ensuring precision, durability, and aesthetic appeal.

Job Responsibilities

As a Tile Fixer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives.
• Measure, cut, and lay tiles accurately to fit designated spaces.
• Inspect tiles for defects and ensure high-quality finishes.
• Grout and seal tile joints for durability and water resistance.
• Follow blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions to complete projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: ITI certification in a relevant field (e.g., Masonry, Construction).
• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in floor/wall tile laying.
• Proficiency in tile cutting, alignment, and grouting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Physical stamina to work on-site for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in construction environments.
• Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.
