Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Tile Mason to join our Operations team in Diriyah, Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on finishing work, requiring expertise in precision cutting and tile installation to ensure flawless results. Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install tiles with precision cutting techniques for walls, floors, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or other bonding agents.
• Align and arrange tiles to create visually appealing patterns while ensuring structural integrity.
• Grout and polish finished tile work to achieve a seamless, professional finish.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and construction site regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in precision cutting and shaping tiles for intricate designs.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in finishing work.
• Basic knowledge of tile materials, adhesives, and grouting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in tile masonry or related construction roles.
• Doctorate degree (or equivalent certification) in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for skill enhancement.
