Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Torqueing Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas sector. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires an ITI-certified professional with 1-3 years of rigging experience. The ideal candidate will oversee torqueing operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the Construction department.

Key Responsibilities

As a Torqueing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating torqueing operations on-site.
• Ensuring all torqueing activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Training and guiding junior technicians in proper torqueing techniques.
• Inspecting tools and equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Documenting torqueing procedures and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with engineers and other supervisors to achieve project milestones.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to torqueing and rigging.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: ITI Certification or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in torqueing and rigging within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in torqueing tools, rigging equipment, and safety protocols.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications: Relevant safety or technical certifications are a plus.
