About the Role
Ambe International is seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our HR team in Doha, Qatar. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity in the Oil & Gas industry.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in training management, a keen understanding of industry best practices, and the ability to align training initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the Oil & Gas sector.
- Assess training needs through surveys, employee feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements for compliance training.
- Maintain training records and generate reports for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software.
- Ability to analyze data and measure training ROI.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry standards and safety protocols.
Education & Experience:
- Graduation/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
