Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Truck Pusher to join our Operations team in the Oil & Gas Construction industry. This is a full-time position based in Irqah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience in oversized load transport coordination and a strong understanding of safety protocols in the Oil & Gas sector.

Salary Range: 10-15 LPA

Key Responsibilities

As a Truck Pusher, your primary duties will include:

• Coordinating and overseeing the transportation of oversized loads in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensuring all transport activities adhere to company safety policies and industry regulations.
• Supervising loading and unloading operations to prevent damage to goods and equipment.
• Liaising with drivers, clients, and stakeholders to optimize logistics and transport schedules.
• Inspecting trucks and transport equipment for safety and operational readiness.
• Maintaining accurate records of transport activities, including permits and compliance documentation.
• Resolving logistical challenges and addressing delays proactively.
• Training and mentoring junior staff on best practices in oversized load transport.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• 5-10 years of experience in truck coordination or oversized load transport within the Oil & Gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and transport protocols for oversized loads.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in logistics software and transport management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management).

Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills will be advantageous:

• Experience in the Middle East Oil & Gas Construction industry.
• Certification in transport safety or logistics management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Work Environment

This role involves:

• On-site work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with no remote options.
• Exposure to outdoor and industrial environments.
• Irregular working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by project demands.
