As a Tubemill Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining tubemill machinery to produce high-quality tubular products. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with a basic understanding of machine operations and a keen interest in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tubemill machinery to produce seamless or welded tubes according to specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in machine setup and adjustments to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Record production data and maintain logs for quality control purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Basic understanding of machine learning principles (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy materials.

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with CNC machines or automated production lines is a plus.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
