Tuber Machine Operator (Manufacturing & Production)

Job Overview

Delhi Overseas is seeking experienced Tuber Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting tuber machines to ensure seamless production processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, strong technical skills, and proficiency in machine learning applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tuber machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Document machine operations, maintenance logs, and production reports.
• Utiliza machine learning tools to enhance predictive maintenance and process optimization.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment usage and safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Tuber Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery, maintenance, and production workflows.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of machine learning applications in manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Knowledge of quality control standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This role is based in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in The Pearl, Doha. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production floor setting with exposure to machinery noise and industrial equipment. Safety gear (PPE) will be provided.
