Job Description: VMC Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented VMC Operator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of CNC machine operations, machine learning applications in manufacturing, and a passion for precision engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision components.
• Load raw materials, set up tools, and ensure proper machine calibration.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize machining processes.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• ITI, Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

Experience:

• 0-1 year of experience in VMC/CNC operations (Freshers with relevant training may apply).

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
• Familiarity with machine learning applications in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina for standing and handling heavy materials.
