Job Description

As a VPI Operator in our Production Department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) equipment to ensure high-quality impregnation processes in electronic component manufacturing. This role is crucial in maintaining production efficiency and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor VPI equipment to ensure proper impregnation of electrical components
• Prepare materials and set up machines for the impregnation process
• Conduct quality control checks on processed components
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Perform routine maintenance on VPI equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Stay updated on industry standards and new impregnation techniques

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in VPI operations or similar role in electronics production
• Hands-on experience with impregnation processes and equipment

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in operating VPI equipment
• Knowledge of impregnation techniques and materials
• Basic understanding of electrical components
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
