Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our Service and Maintenance team. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry. The role offers a competitive salary range of 2-4 LPA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering any initial questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet company standards.
• Monitor and replenish table settings, including utensils, glassware, and condiments.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and special dietary needs professionally.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including side stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this Waiter/Waitress role should possess the following:

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Education Level: Doctorate (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 0-1 year in serving or hospitality roles.
• Prior experience in hotel management or fine dining is advantageous.
