Key Responsibilities

As a Warranty Incharge, your primary duties will include:

  • Review and process warranty claims in compliance with company policies.
  • Verify product warranties and communicate approval/rejection to customers.
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
  • Assist customers with warranty-related inquiries and provide exceptional support.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address warranty disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards for warranty processing.
  • Prepare reports on warranty claim trends and resolutions for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Education: ITI or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 0-1 year in warranty management, customer service, or a related role (freshers with strong skills may apply).
  • Basic knowledge of warranty policies in the retail or automotive sector.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word) for documentation and reporting.
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
