Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Water Network Operations and Maintenance Planning Expert to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in water network management, performance analysis, and reporting within the oil & gas or petrochemical sector.

This role involves optimizing water network operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing maintenance planning to support seamless plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement water network operations and maintenance plans to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance, identifying areas for improvement in water usage, treatment, and distribution.
• Prepare detailed reports on operational metrics, maintenance schedules, and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize water management strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation measures for water network systems.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies for water conservation and sustainability.
• Utilize advanced tools and software for performance tracking and predictive maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in water network operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Graduation or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in water network operations within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Proficiency in performance analysis and reporting of plant operations.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, hydraulics, and pipeline systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and predictive maintenance software.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and operational data.
