Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator (TIG & ARC) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication, with proficiency in TIG and ARC welding techniques. This role involves working on various metal components, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and ARC welding on a variety of metal materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, and shape metal components using hand and power tools.
• Assemble fabricated metal parts to construct finished products or structures.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and durability.
• Operate welding equipment safely and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to meet project specifications.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Maintain welding machines and tools to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in TIG and ARC welding techniques.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers).
• Hands-on experience with grinding, cutting, and shaping tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Graduation in Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in welding and fabrication (TIG & ARC).
• Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS, CSWIP) are a plus.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety regulations.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery and automated welding systems.
• Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
