Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Welders with 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks, ensuring structural integrity, and adhering to safety protocols. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using various techniques (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick, Flux-Cored) on metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in optimal condition.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to achieve project goals.
• Perform repairs and modifications on existing structures as needed.
• Document work progress and report any issues to supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on welding experience in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industry.
• Proficiency in multiple welding techniques (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of welding safety standards and protocols.
• Diploma or Graduation in Welding Technology or a related field.
• Certification from a recognized welding institution (e.g., AWS, CSWIP) is preferred.
• Physical stamina to work in challenging environments and lift heavy materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the UAE or GCC region.
• Familiarity with automated welding systems.
• Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is 5-8 LPA (Indian Rupees), commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
