Job Overview

We are hiring entry-level Welders with expertise in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW-CS/SS) for full-time roles in the Production Department. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding using GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick) techniques on carbon steel (CS) and stainless steel (SS) materials.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications to ensure precise welds.
• Inspect welded joints for defects and compliance with industry standards.
• Operate welding equipment safely and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to Oil & Gas industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Welding Certification or Diploma in Welding Technology or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in GTAW and SMAW welding (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety measures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Physical stamina to work in demanding environments (onshore Oil & Gas projects).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with ASME, API, or other welding codes.
• Willingness to work overtime or shifts as required.
