Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Instructor to join our Service and Maintenance department at Hamdan Global. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Diriyah, Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate degree and 0-1 year of experience in wellness guidance. This role is perfect for entry-level professionals eager to grow in the hotel management and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and instruction on wellness programs, including yoga, meditation, and fitness routines.
• Design and implement personalized wellness plans for guests to enhance their physical and mental well-being.
• Conduct wellness workshops and group sessions to promote healthy lifestyles among guests and staff.
• Monitor guest progress and adjust wellness programs as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to integrate wellness initiatives into guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in wellness facilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into wellness programs.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sports Science, Physical Therapy, Health & Wellness).
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in wellness instruction or a related role.
• Skills: Strong guiding and communication skills; ability to motivate and inspire guests.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications in yoga, Pilates, or fitness training (not mandatory but a plus).
• Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
