Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Winding Supervisor to oversee our winding operations in the manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in welding and a strong understanding of mechanical processes. This role requires hands-on supervision to ensure smooth production workflows and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily winding operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all welding processes.
• Inspect and maintain machinery and equipment to prevent downtime.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in mechanical engineering.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.
• Document and report operational metrics, including output and defects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
